Audi, Porsche & Volkswagen Plug & Play amplifier with auto sound correction.
-Connects between your radio and factory wiring using the factory connectors. The radios power wires are thick enough to power the amplifier and the factory fuse protects the circuit so there is no need to any extra wiring.
-Includes a microphone that listens to your factory speakers and tunes the audio system for the speakers installed (factory or aftermarket) and the acoustics in your vehicle.
-The amplifier has an indicator that tells you when sound is distorting. Once it distorts you turn the knob back a little and the gains are set. No need for any fancy equipment.
-Includes our AAI-VW16 no cut harness.
-Made using the Kicker KEY200.4 amplifier.

Jetta notes
Some early model Jetta do not have a thick enough power wire. If your power wire is not as thick as the picture below you must cut the yellow and black wires and run them to a proper power source.

Bought a Jetta sport and was appalled by the OEM speakers/Radio. Found this searching the internet and decided I was going to do it the first week I had it since it doesn’t require changing anything out. Keeping the stock speakers and installing the harness/AMP was a MASSIVE and I mean MASSIVE improvement from stock. I went from iPhone speakers to a relatively decent audio system. Volume is much improved, imaging is significantly improved and overall clarity is up. I can’t wait to install aftermarket speakers to take it to the next level. For the price this is a must do! Follow the amp DSP set up instructions and you will be shocked at how it seemingly elevates the high end to ear level, almost as if you have the tweeters in the A pillar/sail panel, not buried in the lower door.
Install was relatively easy, the trim pieces come off just as they do in the Enfig video. Harness was very easy to plug in, color coded and dummy proof. Stashed everything neatly behind the dash and zip tied the amp to the top bar and wrapped some connectors in friction tape to prevent rattles. Set up of the amp was very similar to a home theater receiver set up, and was entirely automated and took about 5-7 minutes.
This is a no brainer for anyone with the standard VW 4 speaker system. For the price and time invested you cannot find a better mod! Plus, you get personal email support and he responds very quickly! This is a very easy DIY project and I am looking forward to changing the speakers next.

Definitely a volume improvement. However, when a phone call comes in, speakers pop. It maybe user error but that’s too be determined. (May need better speakers )
