This amplifier enhances your speakers by connecting directly to the rear of your radio.  Not one cable is cut.  It even draws power from the cabling of the stock radio.  In addition to making it sound louder it improves the sound quality because it has a microphone that listens to your speakers and applies an auto EQ.  You can even fit it behind your glove box in most cars because its small.

1. Do you ship international?

2. Is the harness included

Yes, the harness required for splitting audio and power behind the radio is included in this item. The harness required to connect to the amplifier is also included.

3. Can I use this with factory speakers?

It is compatible with OEM speakers. There is a selectable compression switch on the amplifier. When turned in it lowers the volume as soon as it detects distortion in the speakers. If you believe that someone is going to crank up the volume on the speakers, we also advise you to leave the gains completely down just to be safe.

4. Does this fix the Bass Roll off

5. Will my radio be able to reach a loudness of more than 3/4 with the amp?

No. But at that volume, it will sound twice as loud. At about 60%, the radio stops increasing the signal. Without reprogramming the radio, I am unable to alter that. I’ve heard it referred to as “bass roll off,” but I’m not sure if that’s accurate. I do know that once this amplifier has been installed, those two complaints are no longer present.

7. Does installing this void the warranty on my car?

Repair work generates more revenue for dealerships than warranty work. Due to unethical behavior at certain dealerships, a regulation has been passed that prohibits them from voiding warranties unless the aftermarket component was the cause. You cannot go to the dealership and expect a speaker to be covered under warranty while having this amplifier intalled. But installing this amplifier cannot void a window motor warranty.

    Bought a Jetta sport and was appalled by the OEM speakers/Radio. Found this searching the internet and decided I was going to do it the first week I had it since it doesn’t require changing anything out. Keeping the stock speakers and installing the harness/AMP was a MASSIVE and I mean MASSIVE improvement from stock. I went from iPhone speakers to a relatively decent audio system. Volume is much improved, imaging is significantly improved and overall clarity is up. I can’t wait to install aftermarket speakers to take it to the next level. For the price this is a must do! Follow the amp DSP set up instructions and you will be shocked at how it seemingly elevates the high end to ear level, almost as if you have the tweeters in the A pillar/sail panel, not buried in the lower door.

    Install was relatively easy, the trim pieces come off just as they do in the Enfig video. Harness was very easy to plug in, color coded and dummy proof. Stashed everything neatly behind the dash and zip tied the amp to the top bar and wrapped some connectors in friction tape to prevent rattles. Set up of the amp was very similar to a home theater receiver set up, and was entirely automated and took about 5-7 minutes.

    This is a no brainer for anyone with the standard VW 4 speaker system. For the price and time invested you cannot find a better mod! Plus, you get personal email support and he responds very quickly! This is a very easy DIY project and I am looking forward to changing the speakers next.

    Your harness worked perfect, amp is tiny so it fits in many places most won’t. Just enough settings on the amp to make it versatile. I am an old school enthusiast from the 90’s , so I had a pretty good idea what to expect sound and volume wise with factory speakers. I got a little more out of it that expected. I believe using the 60/80 high-pass with a sub would be a sweet set-up if you like heavy bass and loud.
