The company

I started in 1999 and I have never had more than 3 employees at one time. And even then it was 2 part time employees and one full time employee. I still answer the phone and I provide all the tech support when you call or email. We are a small company. I put getting it right before profits. I do not sell anything on the site unless I have installed it myself several times. I also work with a network of shops I trust that I sell product to them with the understanding that it “SHOULD” work. By the time you see an item on the site I know it works. We don’t just sell product and hope it works.

The History

I started Enfig in 1999. I was buying electronics from the electronics stores on Canal St in NYC and reselling the product to friends and family. I learned how to install car stereo because the kid installing them was making $100 on the install and I was only making $20 on the radio. I started a web site in 2001. Next thing you know the iPod came out and I was merging Belkin cigarettes’ lighter adapters with aux input adapters. Then Bluetooth. And now CarPlay. I got my first place in 2007 with no garage. (649 Bergen Blvd Ridgefield NJ – the unit all the way to the right) in 2009 I signed a lease for 1 year because I didn’t think this was going to last too long in this business. I’m still here in the same place.

I purchased the plug and play amplifier kit for my 2024 Volkswagen GLI and what a difference in sound. I installed aftermarket speakers and a sub but the factory setup was not loud enough. This company walked me through an issue with installation and they make a great plug and play product.

This is the only place you should be going to in your R8 for a modern century radio/head unit. Amazing car, awful radio.Christian is a true perfectionist and it shows in his work. Gorgeous job on my new Sony XAV-AX6000. It looks stock which was extremely important to me. Kept the factory backup camera and works perfectly. Christian even custom programmed the wheel buttons to my needs. It has the gauge read out via obd2 on the Somy screen which comes on with a button on the wheel, so cool.It picks my phone up on Apple play before the car comes off idle. Incredibly fast radio start up. It also has buttons!! Estoy muy veijo. Yo me gusto buttons!Christian get ready for my wife’s Accord. She wants the Sony in her car now.

I had been through several dash kits for my daughter's 08 Jetta and just wasn't happy with the appearance. I ran across Enfig on a forum search and called Christian for a parts list and to make sure they had everything in stock to install my Pioneer NEX. Christian emailed me a complete list right away and the list of parts to do the custom install was pretty impressive. I went ahead and ordered the parts needed and they were shipped that afternoon. I just finished the install and WOW, what a difference in the quality! The stereo looks like it was installed by the factory! No comparing the quality of the dash kit with the others I had already tried. No gaps around the radio face and the color matches perfectly. The harness plugged right up and the new VW microphone works great up in the factory location. I highly recommend the team at Enfig for your stereo install parts! Thanks!!

I found Enfig Car Stereo through a YouTube video explaining the exact system that was going into my wife’s car. I reached out and found out not only did he produce a custom harness so I could hook up the amp with no wire splicing, simply plug and play but he also went above and beyond on the install. He made custom 3D printed mounting rings for all 4 door speakers and tweeters! He tuned my kicker key amp, set gains and all. Everything fits and works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I’m coming back for my sub install. Can’t recommend him enough.

Purchased some of their products for my 2016 VW Tiguan S. I do wish that the SRWH-BUC which I need for my aftermarket reverse camera to function was also listed on the main page of products that my particular model can use, but I'm just glad I was finally able to find products that work and get a better radio installed (after several months of struggle). Currently still trying to get the aftermarket reverse camera to function properly but Christian has been quite communicative and willing to help throughout this entire process. Everything else functions as intended/needed
