Radio Mounting Kit

This kit is designed to hold a standard double din radio.  It holds the radio in place and also fills the open space left after removing your radio.  It is painted to match the finish of your dashboard.
If your radio has a shallow face that is less than 10mm (the part around the screen that sticks out of the front for the radio) use the dash kit below.  It does not have a tirim less design like the one above.  But the one above will make radios with shallow faces look sunk in.

Radio Wiring Harness

Main Radio wiring harness

This harness connects to the factory wiring behind the radio and under the glove box.

Steering wheel Control Programmer

The SRWH-W211 above has the electronics to do steering wheel controls but this wire will tell it what radio you are installing.  Since it is radio specific it is sold separately.  If we do not have one for your brand radio use the universal one.

Plug and Play Converter

The harness above has an ISO connector on the radio side.  This will plug into some radios.  Check the google sheet on this products page to see if your radio will connect directly of of you will need to buy a converter to do a plug and play free installation.

AM/FM Antenna adapter

This cable connects to the AM/FM antenna on the drivers side of the car next to the rear seat. Factory Mercedes antennas never work well with aftermarket radios but you get some reception.  If you care about AM/FM reception we recommend that you use the windshield mount antenna below.
This is a windshield mount antenna.  This is what we recommend when replacing the radio in this car.

Backup Camera

We are currently looking for a new supplier for our camera.  We have no estimated date
Backup camera power adapter.

Out main harness has a reverse wire to tell your radio that you are in reverse.  This wire does not have enough power to power a camera.  If you connect a camera you will blow up the little box and void your warranty. This harness grabs power from the main wire and used our weak signal as a switch.

Panel Pry Tools

These tools come in handy when removing the cars interior trim.

Fiber optic loop

If you are bypassing the CD Changer you will need one of these for bypass the fiber lines.

Radios

For this car we recommend the Sony XAV-AX5500 Sony XAV-AX5600,Sony XAV-AX4000 and Sony XAV-AX6000 because the 5V RCA outputs make the factory audio system sound as good or better than stock.

If you are bypassing the CD Changer you will need the factory Mercedes pocket to fill the hole.  We do not sell it but here is a link to where you can buy it on Amazon
