Response from the owner: Now I’m not going to say that I don’t deserve 3 stars once in a while. But when I do make mistakes I try very hard to make sure that the customer ends with a positive experience. I have looked in my orders and I do not see any orders with your initials in the last 6 months. I put this business before everything and my reputation is very important to me. I completely understand you want your privacy since your reviews and name are private but I would really appreciate it if you could reach out and let me know how I can resolve this for you. Or at least let me know who you are si I can make some sense of this. Christian
