All wireless CarPlay radios use a external GPS antenna.
The different colors on the connector are keyed so that they cannot be connected into the wrong cable.ย Make your you order the correct cable.

GPS Antenna ends
GAA1ย – Pioneer from nineteen hundreds. We do not even have it on the site anymore.
GAA2 – Current Pioneer (green connector)
GAA3- Alpine, Kenwood, JVC
GAA4- Screw on type used with many different Android based radios.
