Refund And Returns Policy

  • You must contact us for for an RMA# before sending anything back.
  • For the holidays anything purchased from NOV 1st thru Dec 31st can be returned for 90 days.
  • We will take back anything that is in new resalable condition without a restocking fee for a period of 60 days after the date of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable.
  • We will take back anything that is in new unopened resalable condition with a 25% restocking fee after 60 days for up to 120 days. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping is non refundable. We may take back open products from certain manufacturers at our own discretion.
  • We will pay for shipping both ways if you receive a incorrect item (you order one item we send a different incorrect item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt).
  • We will pay for shipping both both ways if you receive a defective item for the first 60 days.
  • Unless otherwise stated all of our items have a one year warranty. If your item is defective after the first 60 days we will pay for return shipping but you must pay to ship it to us.
  • In most cases we will send a replacement item out before we receive the original item but the replacement must be paid for and the original must be returned to us within 30 days of the replacement being sent in order to receive a refund.
  • Items sent without an RMA# are not our responsibility 30 days after date of receipt. If you send an item back without an RMA# it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you if we find that the refund is not acceptable. ALL items sent back without an RMA# will be subject to a %25 restocking fee.
