-Supports pick up and hang up from the factory steering wheel controls.  Also voice dial (siri) on radios that support it.
-The small box reads the cars can bus to translate the factory steering wheel controls to something that the factory
switched 12V (turns radio on and off)
illumination (dims radio screen at night)
parking brake (unlocks video and other settings features when car is not in motion)
reverse (tells the radio the car is in reverse so it can switch to the reverse camera view)
VSS (Vehicle Speed Sense – Tells the radio how fast the car is going to improve navigation accuracy.  Only really high end radios use this so it is usually not used.)
