    I found Enfig because of a youtube video that they have showing the installation of a radio into an e500, which is a hard, because the car has fiber. I was amazed at how easy their parts made the job, it was truly plug and paly. Also, thanks for taking the time to talk to me on the phone during my installation and helping me get through it.

      I just tried calling you about this review but seems like you gave us a disconnected phone number. I do all the tech support for the company and I don’t remember you calling. I can only assume you did not program the steering wheel controls when you finished the installation. I will attach a video down below that shows you how to do that. There is supposed to be a sticker on the bag telling you to do this but maybe we missed it. Also sometimes if you the bluetooth module caused interference which is why we tell you to remove the fuse in the instructions. Then again you might have just received a defective unit.
