CC 2008-2009 – Car must have iPod dock in the glove box.ย If the car has an MDI connection use the GBL3VW1 behind the radio.
Cabrio 1998-2002 – Car must have a CD changer in the trunk.
EOS 2008-2009 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.
Golf 1999-2005 – All cars have the CD changer connection in the trunk.
Golf 2006-2009 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.
GTI 1999-2005 – All cars have the CD changer connection in the trunk.
GTI 2006-2009 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.
Jetta 2000-2004 – All cars have the CD changer connection in the trunk.

Passat 1999-2005- All cars have the CD changer connection in the trunk.
Passat 2006-2009 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.
R32 2004 – All cars have the CD changer connection in the trunk.
R32 2008 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.
Rabbit 2006-2009 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.
Tiguan 2009-2010 – Car must have a CD changer or iPod dock between the seats.

I should have bought this years ago rather than messing around trying to find compatible ipod to aux cables to connect a non-ipod device. This works perfectly, couldn’t be happier.
